STUDIO POLICIES

Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your appointment time.

Glasses... If you wear glasses, ask your optician to lend you a pair of empty frames. This is important since lenses often cause magnification and reflections that cannot be corrected in processing. We cannot be responsible for problems caused by glass glare.

 Reservation Fee... Is required to reserve your appointment time & is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment please give us several days notice so someone else can use that appointment time. This applies toward your session fee.

Mounting... Every portrait 8x10 and larger is permanently mounted to artboard for durability and is ready for framing.

Caring for your Portraits... to care for them you only need to wipe them with a soft dry cloth. DO NOT USE any cleaners such as water , windex or pledge.

Copyright... All Negatives and Digital Files Remain the property of Terry's Photography. All Photographs are copyrighted by Terry Turner. They cannot be copied or reproduced in any form under penalty of law. This includes scanning on computers, copy stations, videos and all forms of copying.

Payments... We accept Checks, Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Two thirds of the order is due when your order is placed. The remainder is due when the order is complete (3-4 weeks). No order or partial order  may leave the studio unless balance is paid in full.
